Tables

A list of figures and tables with legends and headers should be added at the end of the main text file.

Tables
Each table must be referred to in the main text of the manuscript. Tables should not duplicate information contained in the text. They should be supplied as editable files, not pasted as images. Legends should be concise but comprehensive – the table, its legend, and its footnotes must be understandable without reference to the text. Abbreviations should be defined in footnotes. Footnote symbols should be avoided; the symbols *, **, *** etc. should be reserved for P-values. Statistical measures such as SD should be identified in the headings.
Tables are accepted as txt-, csv-, xls-files.
If large material is to be presented, it should be loaded as supplementary information.
